| 摘 要： | 就新形势下的新的教育质量观的内涵及在其引导下提高高等教育教学质量的迫切性和具体措施作了较为系统的阐述。认为，新的教育质量观应建立在提升人的整体素质培养人的创新能力实践能力上，建立在满足多样化的社会需求和个体要求上；未来高校当以高效求生存，以优质求发展，以特色求进步。

| Abstract: | A systematic interpretation is made of the connotation of the new outlook of education quality and the need of and measures for enhancing teaching quality in higher education. It is proposed that the new outlook of education quality should be based on improvement of the creativity and practical capability of the personnel being trained, and on meeting the multidimensional demands of the society and the individual. The future higher learning institutions should be characteristic of proficiency for existence, quality for development and advantage for progress. |
