| 摘 要： | 我国的养老保险制度始建于５０年代初期，它对保障退休人员的基本生活，推动经济发展起了重要作用。随着社会主义市场经济的发展，原有的养老保险制度的弊端逐步显现出来，迫切需要在保险模式、基金的筹措与发放、社会化程度和政策制定与执行等方面进行改革和完善，以促进社会和经济的持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | The old - age insurance system founded in early 1950s, played a key part in guaranteeing the life of retired people, and developing economy. With the perfection of the socialist market economy, the old system becomes less effective and weaker. So a series of reforms should be conducted in terms of insurance model, the raising and dispensation of funds, the degree of socialization and the regulation of policy to ensure the constant and healthy development of our sociaty and economy. |
