浅谈大学生心理素质的培养

社会的发展和时代的进步，对人的素质提出了更高的要求，特别是心理素质，它在一个人的整体素质结构中处于基础地位，直接影响着人的全面发展，因此，心理素质的好坏在人的现实生活中显得越来越重要，而当前大学生的心理素质现状却是不容乐观的，已严重地影响了他们的学习和生活质量，同时也影响了高校人才培养目标的实现。本文在分析当前大学生心理素质现状及成因的基础上，深入探讨了在现有条件下，应如何培养大学生的良好心理素质。

With the development of society, human being tare demanded more quality, especially psychological diathesis,which is the foundation of a person's quality and affects the all - round development of a person directly. For this reason, whether the psychological diathesis is good or bad is becoming mere and more important. While the present situation of our country university students, psychological diathesis is not so optimistic that affects their quality of study and living and also affects the realization of the aim of training men for profession. This thesis is based of foe analysis of the present situation and the cause of formation of the university students, then sets forth how to train the university students good psychological diathesis in present conditions.
