| 摘 要： | 德国是当前世界体育较发达的国家之一,体育场馆的建设与管理是其中重要的基础因素之一。研究发现德国的体育场馆管理有着：有力的政策宏观调控;实行有限市场化经营;学校、社区协同开发与管理;自主化管理和通过大众俱乐部实现场馆管理等特点。研究并依据德国体育场馆管理特点和我国国情提出了相应的启示和发展建议。
