| 摘 要： | 国外的数据库产业已完成了从发展期到成熟期的转变;而我国尚处于举步维艰之中。因此我们有必要总结美、欧、日等国数据库产业组建和发展过程中的规律,借鉴成功的经验来推动我国数据库事业的建设。本文从数据库产业的时间周期、市场容量、产业经营、布局选择、发展策略、人才对策和政策支持等7个方面进行了研究,并针对我国的现实情况,分析探讨了几个主要问题。

| Abstract: | The transformation of development period to mature period is finished in foreign data base industry,but this industry of our country is still in hard period, so,it is necessary to summary the law of the establishment and development process of the data base industry in Europe, America and Japan, to use their rational experience for advancing the constrution of our data base industry.This paper makes the study from seven aspects: the time circle, market capacity, industry management, market selection, development strategy,person counter-measute and policy support, and analyses some main problems aiming at the real situation of our country. |
