生产及物料控制PMC的重要作用是让企业对短、中、长期的销售决策及有关部分有一个清醒的了解和认识,其中包括物料库存,物料管理架构,物料需要的量、质和时间,从而促使PMC对降低库存、提高服务、及时交货等方面发挥重要作用.PMC是运用新管理思想和大信息平台技术的结果,没有聚集了ERP、CRM、SeCM、SCM和PDM等模块大信息平台的一体化功能,就很难在模型的帮助下对生产及物料控制使用动态的预测修正方法,也就是PMC无法达到预期的效果.

A Model on the Prediction of PMC

The important role of the product material control(PMC) is to have a clear understanding and knowledge about enterprises' short,medium and long-term decision-making of the sale and other relative parts of,including materials inventory,materials management structure,the amount of materials needed,quality and time.Thus the PMC will play an important role for contributing to reducing inventory,improving service,and timely delivering of goods.PMC is the use of new management ideas and the comprehensive information platform(CIP) technology for the result.Having not gathered ERP,CRM,SeCM,SCM and PDM,and other major functional modules integrated CIP features,we will not be able to use dynamic forecasting methods with the help of the model of CIP,PMC is unable to achieve the expected results.
