| 摘 要： | 深入推进高校反腐倡廉制度体系建设，是遏制和预防高校职务犯罪，构建健康持续发展的和谐校园，办好让人民满意的高等教育的客观需要。为此，必须完善权力制约机制，加强领导班子及领导干部层面的制度建设，加强重点领域和关键部位层面的制度建设，建立健全保障制度严格执行的运行机制。

| Abstract: | It is objective need that promoting fighting against corruption and advocating for probity in university to prevent duty crime, construct campus of sustainable development, manage education of satisfied people. Therefore, we should perfect rights restriction mechanism, strengthen leading and cadre systematic group construction, strengthen key field construction, set and perfect operation mechanism safeguarding system strictly enforced. |
