中国现阶段平等理念的社会学分析

平等即表现为人们的一种价值理想，又表现为一种调和社会秩序的工具手段。现阶段中国平等问题的提出与社会发展的功利评论取向、社会分化加剧了不平等与异质性以及社会流动与整合的要求密不可分。起点平等受制于社会分层的延续性与社会分化带来的差别性，机会平等是合理的社会流动机制的建立原则，而社会保障体系的建立与完善则是结果平等的现实呼唤。

The Sociological Analysis of the Idea of Equality in Today's China

Equality is not only a kind of expression of human's fantasy, but also a means to adjust the social orders. In today's China, equality is connected with utilitarianism orientated social development, social heterogeneity and inequality, and social mobility and integration. This thesis draws a conclusion that the starting point equality is restricted by social stratification and social differentiation, opportunity equality will become the principle of the mechanism of social mobility, and it is of immediate importance to build social security system in order to embody consequence equality.
