| Abstract: | With the development of economic system reform,the traditional evaluation system for enterprise personnel cannot satisfy the requirement of enterprise development.As the base of personnel quality system,the enterprise personnel quality model is applied to human resources management practice in more and more enterprises.Scientific method should be used to make the personnel evaluation really effective. |
