摘    要:随着传输速度的提升,脉冲信号的上升时间越来越短,上升沿覆盖了更宽的频谱范围,需要更短的测量时间。文章为快沿脉冲信号测量提供了解决方案。

Abstract:With the enhancement of transmission speed,the risetime of pulse signal is becoming less.The rising edge widely covers the spectrum range,which needs less measuring time.This paper presents good solution for measurement of pulse signal with fast changing edge.
