| 摘 要： | 文章利用波特关于地点竞争力理论，对当前安徽省产业集群的生产要素条件，需求条件，相关与支援性产业，以及竞争的时空背景作了全面分析。提出了集群政策是提升安徽省各地区竞争力的必然选择，而发展地点集群经济，需要培育龙兴企业和富有创新思想的企业家阶层等观点。
