浅议教师的创造性及其培养

摘    要:创新性教育需要具有创新性素质的教师,学生创造性的高低也在很大程度上取决于教师创造性的高低和发挥.目前我国高校教师自身的教育行为中存在着若干影响教师创造性发挥的因素,妨碍了创新性教育的推广和学生创造性的培养.本文详细地分析了高校教师创造性的重要意义并针对影响教师创造性发挥的三个主要因素提出了相应的建议和措施.

Abstract:Creative teachers are called for creative teaching. It is true that the creativeness of the students are mostly dependent on the creative acting of the teachers. Up to date, there are several barriers that render teachers in the institutions of higher learning impossible to make full use of their creativeness in teaching, which prevents us from generalizing the fashion of creative teaching as well as cultivating the creativeness of the students. This paper not only detailed analyzes the importance of the creativeness owning to academic teachers but also presents several suggestions and propositions according to the barriers discussed above.
