家畜破伤风病流行情况调查及防治

摘    要:通过对宁陵县2004年就诊破伤风病例136头(只)流行情况调查和临床观察,发现各种家畜破伤风的患病门诊比例、感染创的类型,与以往相比发生了一些变化.调查结果表明,农村猪患破伤风病的门诊比例,占破伤风总病例的61.03%,羊占16.18%,马属动物占11.77%,牛占11.03%.各种家畜破伤风感染创中,役用家畜以挽具伤占比例最大,而猪则以去势创感染最多,这些为防治农村家畜破伤风病提供了参考依据,利用蛛网膜下腔注射精破抗治疗家畜破伤风病,有较好疗效,治愈率高达95%以上,病程可缩短一半,治疗费用可节约4/5,同时解决了小动物因治疗价值低而被淘汰的难题,效果明显优于其它疗法。

Abstract:Accroding to the investigation and clinical observation about 136 cases of tetanus' epidemic in 2004 Ningling county,We find that the proportion suffering from tetanus of each sort of livestock,the sort of infection has changed.The result indicates,the proportion of all sorts of livestock suffring from tetanus,the pig's is 61.03%,the horse category animal's is 11.77%,the cattle's is 11.03%,in countryside,the proportion of all kinds of infection,the draught tool's infection is the most in draught animal,but the castrate's infection is the most in the pig.These furnish the reference basis for preventing and cure the Livestock's tetanus in countryside.Using an injection of purified tetanus antitoxin under subarachnoid space to cure the livestock's tetanus,has a good curative effect,the cure rate is more than 95%,the course of diease can be shorten a half ,the fee can be reduced 4/5,this method settles the diffcult problem of the small animal be sifted out for the cure's fee,the curative effect is better than others clearly.
