| 摘 要： | 在阐述工程人才培养目标、规格和模式基本内涵的基础上,从培养什么样的人、如何培养人两个方面,探讨了工程人才的培养目标、规格和模式的相互关系,明确提出了培养工程人才应解决好适应社会需求、树立大工程观和体现办学特色等几个方面的问题。
