| 摘 要： | 本文运用经济学原理，对目前基础教育教学仪器设备供应市场存在的失信行为、侵权行为、假冒伪劣、不正当竞争、购销中的寻租行为存在的原因从体制上进行了剖析、提出了深化市场机制，加强行业法律法规的建设和市场监管(立法与执法)，维护市场秩序、保护知识产权是体制建设的核心。

| Abstract: | It is applied to the economic theory analysis the problems of supply market for basic education teaching equipment related to break faith action, invade right action, counterfeit, malfeasance competition and so on. It brings forward to reinforce the market mechanism, strengthen the market supervision and construction of the calling law ( Execute the law and legislation). The core of construction system is to maintain the market system and to protect knowledge property right. |
