| 摘 要： | 本从讨论环境资源治理、非集中化趋势以及利益相关群体等概念入手,概括了我国改革开放以来环境资源治理的主要趋势。并以一个具体案例,通过利益相关群体分析、绩效分析等方法实证地分析了流域内环境资源社会治理中的各种类型、村民参与的程度及其绩效等。作为小结,本提出了中国推行非集中化治理的需要思考的主要问题。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the general trends of the dec en tralization of environmental governance in rural China, following the analysis o f the international concept on governance and stakeholder. Through the case stud y in a watershed governance in Yunnan, China, it analyzes and assesses the perfo rmance, pattern, and extent of village participation of the decentralization of environmental governance. And it raises several issues related to the decentrali zation in China. |
