| Abstract: | From the aspects of the economic background of market development, r ural and urban markets, commodity categories and trade scale, and merchants and merchant capital, the writer of this paper reviews the research of traditional m arkets and expatiates the hotspots of academic research. The writer points out t hat we should make use of market theories and combine the topical research with holistic investigation. |
