| 摘 要： | 公意思想是卢梭的政治思想中一个模糊而有分歧的概念。“公意”的提出是为了解决自由与权威之间的矛盾问题。公意体现出了共同体成员的普遍利益,具有平等性和独立性。同时,卢梭的公意思想也具有很强的理想化色彩,包含着诸多矛盾之处。
