试论影响职工积极性的因素及对策

职工积极性的提高问题，是一个永恒的话题。就目前来讲，其影响的因素主要有环境因素、需要的满足与否及程度因素、领导因素、管理因素、职工个人素质因素等。因此，提高职工的积极性就应围绕这些主要因素做章，通过改善环境、不断满足职工的需求、提高管理水平和领导素质、加强思想政治工作等来最大限度地提高职工的积极性。

How to mobilize all the positiue factors of the staff and workers is a permanent subject. so far, the damper factors mainly are environmental, self-satistying and managerial facfors and also the quality of the leaders and the staff. So according to the damper factors we must take measures by improving the environment, meeting the needs of the staff,improving the art of mangement, enhancing the leaders' quality to mobilize all the posistive factors of the staff and workers.
