住房公积金扩面工作的难点与对策

住房公积金制度是我国住房制度改革的重要内容和中心环节。但是随着公积金事业的发展，公积金覆盖面小，归集困难等问题逐渐暴露出来。纠其原因，主要是公众法律意识淡薄，思想不通，公积金纠纷解决途径不明确，职工维权无门，管理中心执法难开展。要扩大住房公积金的覆盖面，必须加大宣传，完善和健全法律法规体系，配足管理中心的人员，主动执法，完善住房公积金管理体制和考核机制。

The Problems in Further Extension of Acctomulation Fund and the countermeasures

Accumulation fund is a major point in the housing system reform in our country.But as the development of accumulation fund undertaking,problems such as the limited beneficiary and the collection difficulties gradually emerge.This is because that the public legal consciousness is weak,there is no easy way to the solution of accumulation fund disputes,or for the workers to defend their legal rights,the administration center has difficulty enforce the laws.To extend the accumulation fund coverage,we must further carry out pulicity drive,improve legal system;the administration center should be well staffed for initiative law enforcement and,perfect accumulation fund system and evaluation means.
