| Abstract: | University journals are faced with both opportunities and challenges in today's market of periodicals.It is inevitable for university journals to meet the challenges and grasp the opportunities at the same time.A good solution to this problem is to establish the dynamic core competence of university journals,that is,the ability of sustained innovation to adapt to the changing dynamic environment and approach perfection. |
