摘    要:用氮离子注入处理烟草SpeightG80干种子产生突变,在L2代选择性状优良的变异单株,其中一株系L6~2(氮离子处理剂量脉冲20次,能量30Kev的后代)其形态特征与亲本存在着明显的差异,开白花(亲本花色粉红),叶较宽,经连续六年选择鉴定,选育出一个性状稳定,优质抗病的优良新品系

Abstract:Dry seeds of Speight G 80,which treated with N + ion implantation,produced mutant.The individual plant,which expressed fine properties,were selected in L 2 generation,in which one individual plant were deference with its parents.By six years selection,a new strain(L6 2)that possess steady properties,high quality,disease resistant had been breeded.
