摘    要:化学农药是常见的环境污染物,微生物降解农药是治理农药污染的重要手段.已发现的能降解农药的微生物主要有细菌、真菌和放线茵.微生物降解农药其实质是酶促降解,农药可作为微生物生长的碳源、氮源和能源,有的微生物以共代谢方式降解农药.环境因子和农药的化学结构均影响微生物对农药的降解.筛选和分离具有高效降解特性的菌株,构建遗传工程茵具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:Chemical pesticides are the main pollutants in the environment. Biodegrading pesticides is an important means to renovate polluted soils. Bacteria, fungi and actinomycete are the main microorganisms capable of degrading pesticides. Enzymatic reaction is the basic reaction in the biodegrading process. Pesticides can be used as a source of carbon, nitrogen and energy. Some microorganisms degradate pesticides in cometabolism. To Filtrate and separate bacteria strains with high effectiveness in biodegradation from natural environment, and to culture super-microorganisms have a bright future.
