| 摘 要： | 谢伦伯格是现代档案史上名的挡案学家，他的诸多理论、思想尤其是其作《现代档案－－原则与技术》中关于档案定义、档案的双重价值鉴定论及有关档案的整理等方面的理论及思想，不仅对当时的档案工作具有重要指导意义，而且对于今天电子件时代的电子件与档案的管理也同样具有极大的理论指导意义。

Many of his theories and thoughts, especially those concerning the definition, the appraisal of double value, and proper arrangement of archives presented in his Modern Archives: Principles & Techniques, not only possessed great value, providing guidance to the management of archives in his times, but also are of immense guiding significance for today's management of electronic documents and archives. |
