| 摘 要： | 国外计算机伦理教育已形成了一个完整的体系，从教学层次、教学内容到教学形式都有很多值得我们借鉴的地方。本文通过对国外的计算机伦理教育情况分析，认为对我国以后网络伦理教育的开展具有四个方面的重要启示作用。

| Abstract: | The theory of foreign ethics education of computer has formed a complete system. There are many things we can learn from its instructional structure, instructional content to its instructional form. Through the analysis of the theory, four respects will play an importantly inspiring role in the ethics education of network in the future in China. |
