| 摘 要： | 本文对洛阳市民间民俗体育旅游资源禀赋、开发利用力度、存在的问题进行了调查研究,提出洛阳市民间民俗体育旅游资源开发的对策,认为在发展思路方面应发挥市场调节和政府主导两个作用,充分调动社会各方面积极性,实施旅游经济超前发展、精品名牌和大旅游的主导思想。

| Abstract: | Luoyang is a city which has abundant folk spotrs tourism resources,but there are some problems and shortcomings.Government should attach importance to the folk sports tourism personnel training,and actively promote sports tourism resources innovating,make due contributions to Luoyang economic,cultural,tourism. |
