| 摘 要： | 学术是大学的灵魂,学术属性是大学的本质属性。大学的存在为学术发展及其内涵延展提供了组织保障,大学学者是学术发展的领导者和大学学术尊严的缔造者。真正的大学须具备崇尚学术的品格,遵循以学术为轴心的本然生存逻辑,倡导学术自由、弘扬学术创新、强化学术权力。应保障大学学者实现以学术为志业的价值追寻,让大学在主动适应与引领社会发展中不断实现自我超越。

| Abstract: | Academic is the soul of the university,and academic nature is the essential attribute of the university.The existence of the university provides organizational protection for academic development and its connotation extension;scholars in the university are the leaders of academic development and the founders of academic honor.The real university should possess the character of worshiping academic value,follow the survival logic of taking academic development as its axis,advocate academic freedom,enhance academic innovation,strengthen academic power,and ensure the scholars’ value pursuit of taking academic as their calling,which makes the university realize its sustainable self-transcendence through its active adaption to society and participation in the promotion of social development. |
