| 摘 要： | ＂以人为本＂作为科学发展观提出的目的,与带有明显资本主义性质的＂人本主义＂和带有明显封建主义性质的＂以民为本＂具有本质区别。只有将＂以人为本＂与后两者在本质属性上区分开来,才能在理论、实践上真正贯彻科学发展观的目的。
