毕业前夕班主任思想政治教育工作的思考

临近毕业，不少学生在这段时间情绪波动、浮躁，非常关心自己的去向问题，然而，客观现实摆在面前，不容乐观，于是就陷入了困惑、迷茫、惘怅的境地，班主任应当对此予以足够的重视，采用行 家效的方法对不进行正确的引导，进行必要的思想政治教育，以帮助学生从困惑中解脱出来，使学生能以坦然、向上的心态接受祖国和社会的挑选。

Discussion on the Task of a Class Teacher's Ideological and Political Education before Graduation

The time of graduation of this year is drawing near. During this period, some students are in their unstable and impetuous moods, worrying a lot about their jobs. But they have to face the realistic facts that are not so optimistic about their near futures, which land themselves in predicaments of confusion and disconsolate loss. Therefore, class teachers should take these facts seriously and take effective and positive measures to educate the students by necessary ideological and political education in order to help the students out of their predicaments and help them show positive, calm and confident attitudes towards their jobs, which are decided by motherland and society.
