摘    要:我国非常重视民族地区幼儿教育事业的发展,而提高民族地区幼儿教育质量的关键是提升民族地区幼儿园教师专业化水平。通过对民族地区幼儿园教师专业发展的现状调查,分析民族地区幼儿园教师专业发展中存在问题,对民族地区幼儿园教师专业发展提出了相应建议,以期为民族地区幼儿园教师专业发展提供一定的理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract:The development of the early childhood education in the ethnic minority areas is attaehed importance to in our country, and the key to the improvement of the quality of early childhood edueation is to promote kindergarten teach- ers' professional level in the ethnic minority areas. Through the status survey of the professional development of' kinder- garten teachers in the ethnic minority areas, this paper analyzes the problems in the development and puts forward appro- priate proposals in order to offer the theoretical support and the practical guidance for the professional development of kindergarten teachers in the ethnic minority areas.
