| 摘 要： | 讨论大学理念需要将理念主体纳入视角。理念主体有个体和组织两个层面。在个体层面,身份不同、角色不同、责任不同,理念主体的权力不同,理念的影响力也有差别。理念的讨论既可以满足认识兴趣,更要指向行动。理念和行动的主体对位最终影响理念价值的实现。
