关于唐山地区中学英语师资现状的调查报告

摘    要:通过对唐山市361所中学主管教学领导、英语教师进行座谈和问卷调查,分析了中学师资队伍的基本情况,阐述了来自教学第一线教师峄继续教育应开设课程及学习方式的意见和要求,就英语师资培训中的课程结构和培训模式提出了改革建议。

Abstract:This is a findings report after a series of investigations in 361 middle schools in Tangshan area, which was conducted in the ways of using questionnaires, having discussion and interviews with the teachers and officials that are in charge of actual teaching. In the report, statistics collected are analyzed to illustrate the general condition of the middle school English teachers. It reflects the demands and opinions from grass-roots of education and puts forward proposals of reforms on in-service training for middle school English teachers.
