摘    要:本文探讨了几种影响模具胶耐烧蚀性的因素。排除了107胶和硅油分子量的影响因素,提出了某些填充料可以对提高模具胶的耐烧蚀性有所帮助,同时还根据硅橡胶的耐热机理选择了几种耐烧助剂应用于模具胶,取得了明显的耐烧蚀效果。

Abstract:Several factors affecting the ablation resistance of mould rubber are discussed in this paper. Excluding the factors of 107 adhensive agent and silicone oil molecular weight, this paper points out that some filling material can increase the ablation resistance. In addition, according to the theory on the silicone rubber' s ablation resistance, several ablation-resistant aids are selected and used in mould rubber with obvious ablation resistance effect.
