Occupation career planning and employment guidance reform in university

With the reform of the management system of higher education,the employment of college graduates also changes.Therefore,university student occupation plan,can effectively enhance students’ subject consciousness,makes the students choose their occupation.This paper aims to analyze the status of current university student occupation career planning,and put forward some constructive suggestions on employment guidance in university reform.
