论教学实践感是教师个人专业化成长的基石

摘    要:在感觉态度上的悖论、感觉功能论争的启示下,重新认识人的感觉,认为感觉是我们实践性生存的先天本原形态.进而提出,教学实践感在教师对教学实践活动的感知过程中生成,是教师现实的职业化生存形态,是教师职业化生存本质的丰富性的现实展开,是教学实践与教学理论相互关联的必由中介,更是教师个人专业化成长的基石.教师教育应该重视教学实践感并将之纳入教师教育课程,以弥补目前教师教育课程偏于理性化之失.

Abstract:Sense is the innate primitive form of our practical life. The sense of teaching practice generates in the teacher' s perception of his teaching activities, and the realistic form of teachers' occupation life and the actual variety development of the richness of the essentials of teachers' specialized life, and the necessary intermediary between teaching practice and teaching theory, and even the footstone of individual specialization growth of teachers.
