成人函授学生的情绪管理探析

摘    要:情绪因素对个体的学习意志、动机、性格等会产生直接的影响。有效的情绪管理能使个体充分发挥主观能动性和创造性,促使个体的情绪反应具有灵活性、应变性和适度性,人们能以有组织的、建设性的方式迅速而有效地适应变化。成人函授学习具有在职、分散、社会干扰多的特点,因此可以通过自我目标的定位、适时的自我调节、自我压力的释放及教学单位的配合等方式促进情绪管理,增进学习效能。

Abstract:Emotion factors affect directly the study will and motivation and character of the individual,so efficient emotion mangement can exert the individual's mobility and creativeness to advance emotion reaction's flexibility and complaisance and expe- diency,in order to adapt rapidly condition.The adult students' teaching by correspondence have the peculiarity such as incumbency, decentralization,much interference and so on.They can carry out the orientation of the oneself goals,the pat oneself adjustment,re- leasing oneself compressive stress and school's concert,so that they may improve emotion management to further efficiency of study.
