摘    要:基于职业胜任力视角提升本科学前教育专业学生实践能力,是高校应用型人才培养的应有之义。教育见习作为本科学前教育专业学生实践能力提升的基础环节,直接决定学生是否具备职业胜任力。该文基于职业胜任力视角解读教育见习观察的有效性,从见习内容、见习方式上探究提高教育见习观察有效性的具体策略,在幼儿园教师与高校指导教师的引导下,通过学生对教师行为观察的分析与评价,发现促进教育见习质量提高的生成机理,谋求反思性实践与职业胜任力的整合,进而提高学生的专业实践能力。

Observation and Reflection:A Study on the Path to Improve the Practical Ability of Pre-school Education Undergraduates from the Perspective of Professional Competence

Abstract:From the perspective of professional competence,it is necessary for colleges to improve the practical ability of pre-school education undergraduates.As the basic link to improve the practical ability of pre-school education undergraduates,education probation directly determines whether students have professional competence.Based on the perspective of professional competence,this paper interprets the effectiveness of education probation and observation,studies the specific strategies to improve the effectiveness of education probation and observation from the content and method of probation,and explores the generation mechanism of promoting the quality of probation through students'observation,analysis and evaluation of teachers'behaviors,under the guidance of kindergarten teachers and college teachers,in order to realize the integration of reflective practice and professional competence,and improve students'professional practice ability.
