职业教育发展是深入实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略的要求,是坚持教育优先发展的重要组成部分。中央在“十一五”建议中明确提出,加快教育发展,是把我国巨大人口压力转化为人力资源优势的根本途径。职业教育经过多年的教学实践为国家培养出了一大批应用型人才。在知识经济时代,职业教育如何适应时代的要求,如何创新,需要进行深入的探索与思考。

Probe and Thought on the Development of Vocational Education during the Period of the 11th Five- year Plan

The development of vocational education is the requirement to implement the strategy of national rejuvenation through science and education and the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development.It is the main part of adhering to developing education in priority.In the proposal of the 11~(th) five-year plan,the Party Central Committee bring forth that speeding up the development of education is the fundamental way to transform the great pressure of overpopulation into the human resource advantages.After many years of teaching practice,vocational education cultivates a great number of practical talented persons for our country.It is necessary for us to probe and think deeply how vocational education meet the need of the times and innovate in the age of knowledge economy.
