| Abstract: | The flood happened frequently and the famine due to crop failures was serious in Henan Province during the period of the Republic of China.The disasters were due to the nature factors:the terrain,climate,river distribution of Henan etc.They were also due to the social factors: the poor social economy,political corruption,the war effect and so on. |
