三相GIS母线仿真分析及优化设计

摘    要:以550 kV三相GIS母线为例,利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件建立母线实体模型,在电磁学、导热学的基础上对模型进行电磁场、温度场分析和仿真。仿真结果表明,550 kV三相GIS母线在工频电压下的电流密度具有明显的集肤效应,温度分布与电流密度分布一致,在此基础上对母线的外壳厚度及截面积进行了优化设计。

Abstract:A bus solid model was established by ANSYS finite element simulation software using the 550kV three-phase GIS bus as an example, electromagnetic field and temperature field analyzed and simulation test made on the principles of electromagnetics and heat transfer. The simulation results show obvious skin effect on the current density of the 550 kV three-phase GIS bus under power frequency voltage and the identical distribution of temperature and current density. Optimized design of the shell thickness and cross-sectional shape of the bus is achieved.
