| 摘 要： | 供应链管理是企业进行电子商务的重要组成部分。企业通过供应链管理在加强自身核心竞争力的同时，还实现了与合作企业的高度协调和资源共享。应通过对国外供应链管理的总结，结合我国的实际国情和企业现状，找到一条适合中国发展供应链管理的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The supply chain management is a very important portion for Chinese company to carry out E commerce.It can not only help enterprises to strengthen their core power of competition but also enhance their ability to cooperate with other enterprises.After studying and summarizing the foreign supply chain management and combing with the present situation of China,the author bring forward an effective way to implement the supply chain management for Chinese enterprises. |
