| Abstract: | To get remedy is the last defensive measure for the criminal suspect to enjoy their rights.With the progress of rule of law in all coun- tries and the change of the international circumstances,more and more people attach the importance to the criminal suspect's right to get remedy and there appears the tendency of justiciation,constitutionalization,regionalization and globalization in this field. |
