| 摘 要： | 《韩非子》不仅提出了法、术、势相结合的政治理论,还包含着丰富而深刻的"道法"思想。这种"道法"思想作为《韩非子》的重要哲学基础,构成了其法治体系重要的理论生长点,也体现了战国中后期以来道法结合的理论发展趋势。文章围绕《韩非子》"道法"思想的基本内容,尤其是"道"、"法"之间的本质关系展开论述,并对其"道法"思想与稷下黄老学派、《荀子》哲学的内在联系进行具体分析与探讨。

| Abstract: | Han Feizi not only proposes the political theory of the combination of Fa, Shu and Shi, but also contains rich and profound thought of Dao and Fa, which becomes the important philosophical basis of Han Feizi, constitutes the important growing point of the theory of its legal system, and also reflects the theoreti- cal development trends of the combination of Dao and Fa since the middle and late Warring States. This pa- per focuses on basic content of the thought of Dao and Fa in Han Feizi, especially the nature of Dao and Fa, analyzes and discusses the internal relations among the thought of Dao and Fa, Huanglao School and Xunzi philosophy. |
