中国南北区域美食文化自然习性之比较

摘    要:中华美食文化的南北差异,是由于南北各地自然环境的不同而形成的。所谓"近山者采,近水者渔"。在漫长的历史长河中,传统美食文化在主食、口味、制法和习俗方面都形成了南北不同的自然风格。南北不同地区的饮食个性在一定的时空中延续,最终汇聚成了中华美食五彩斑斓的文化特色。

Abstract:Food cultures differ from the North to the South of China and the underlying reasons include the different natural environments across this vast country,a best example being the phenomenon that"those living in the mountain feed on trees while those living near water feed on fish. "After a long history of evolution,different natural properties of traditional food cultures in terms of staple food,taste,cooking methods and custom have emerged and,after continued existence for some time in certain space,these different characterized food cultures merge to become the colorful Chinese food culture.
