| 摘 要： | 我国法学领域内硕士研究生教育实际上采取的是一种双轨制的教育模式,即法律硕士和法学硕士并存而竞争。这直接导致了身处教育第一线的教师无所适从,学生也是困惑不已。中国法学领域内硕士研究生教育培养模式的合理定位和设置就是解决问题的关键所在。

| Abstract: | In China,the graduate education in the field of law science adopts the model of dual-management system,i. e. law and science of law coexisting and competing,which has left the teachers at a loss and made students perplexed. So the key to the solution of the problem is to set up a reasonable model for educating the graduate students in the field of Chinese law science. |
