| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村,实现农业产业化,实现传统农业向现代化农业的转变,人才的作用至关重要。这不仅需要高学历的拔尖创新人才和优秀领导人才,更需要一大批高素质的农村实用技术人才。研究农村实用人才培养问题在农村经济与社会发展中具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。本文结合天津市宁河县农村实用人才现状,提出了农村实用人才培养问题的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Talents play a crucial role in the construction of a new socialist countryside,in the realization of the agricultural industrialization and the transformation from the traditional agriculture to the modern one.This requires not only a highly-educated top creative talents and outstanding leadership,but also requires a large number of highly-qualified technical personnel in rural areas.Therefore,the study of rural talents training is of great practical and far-reaching historical significance in rural economic and social development.The paper makes countermeasures and suggestions on the rural personnel training based on the present situation of Ninghe County. |
