| 摘 要： | 《史记》、《汉书》中,记载了十七位西汉的酷吏,酷吏现象产生于西汉,并对后世产生了深远的影响,从汉至唐,乃至明清,酷吏的身影不绝于史。在这种现象的背后,有着深刻的社会现实背景因素。结合西汉一朝的统治思想、阶级矛盾、法律文化等几个侧面因素,我们能够看出酷吏与西汉政治存在着紧密的联系,并以此可以探寻出西汉酷吏产生的根源。

| Abstract: | "Historical Records" and "Han Shu" recorded 17 ruthless officials of the former Han Dynasty.The phenomenon of the ruthless official emerged in the former Han Dynasty,and had a profound influence.From Han Dynasty to Tang,as well as Ming and Qing,the records of the ruthless officials always emerged in the history.Behind this phenomenon,there are some profound social reality of contextual factors.Combining the ruling thought,class conflicts,legal and cultural factors and several other sides of former Han Dynasty,we can make out that there is a close tie between the ruthless official and the politics of former Han Dynasty,so as to explore the root cause of the ruthless official emerging in the former Han Dynasty. |
