| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的到来，产业结构和劳动结构正在发生深刻的变化，企业需要高级应用型技艺型人才，因而需要探索新的校企合作式课程开发观。立足于企业的需求，改变以学校为主体的意识，打破学科系统化的课程观，建立以职业能力为需求的课程观，对于提高学生（员工）职业实践能力和职业素质，促进学校与企业相互依托、共同发展意义深远。

| Abstract: | With the coming of knowledge economy,the structure of industry and the structure of labour have been changing deeply.Enterprises require the talent with high applied skill.So it's necessary to explore a curriculum view of college-enterprise cooperative developing,which should base upon the requirement of enterprises,change the college-centered consciousness,transform the curriculum view of subject-system,and establish a curriculum view of vocational abilities. |
