| 摘 要： | 我国上市公司股利分配政策不规范的一个重要原因是公司的内部因素造成.本文通过对我国上市公司股利分配政策的现状进行分析,采用实证研究和规范研究相结合研究方法,提出几个主要的影响股利分配政策的内部影响因素,并提出相关的对策建议.

| Abstract: | An important reason that the informal dividend policy of the listed company in our country is caused by the inside influence factor of the company. By analyzing the current situation of our country, this text mainly adopts positive research and norm to study and combine the research approach, and puts forward the inside influence factors of several main influence dividend distribution policies, and also puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. |
