| Abstract: | Compared with the situations in developed provinces, the level of Guizhou's basic education concerning the natural environment, social economy, history is somewhat lower. Causes for this fact are both subjective and objective. To deal with this situation, effective measures should be taken and great attention should be paid to the importance of basic education of the minority nationalities in the great development of West China. |
